Family Bank Mobile Banking is the ultimate on-demand service for anytime, anywhere banking. Now you can securely access your account information 24/7 from practically any mobile phone*. With Mobile Banking you can:

You can enroll in Family Bank Mobile Banking by signing in to your Family Bank Internet Banking account and completing a few simple steps.
Family Bank offers three types of Mobile Banking service so that no matter what type of mobile phone you have, you can use Family Bank Mobile Banking. The three types of Mobile Banking service are:
- Text Banking - compatible with practically all mobile phones as long as your phone can send and receive text messages
- Mobile Browser - compatible with mobile phones with Internet access (like Blackberry and Windows Mobile phones)
- Downloadable Application - compatible with iPhone and Android mobile phones

How secure is Family Bank Mobile Banking?Very secure. With our Text Banking service, you view accounts by the nicknames you set up during enrollment, not by their account numbers and no detailed personal information is ever sent by text message. For our Mobile Browser and Downloadable Application services, 128-bit encryption is used to mask your sensitive information. Also, in addition to requiring a password each time you log in, you will see the same "picture and passphrase" you are familiar with from Family Bank's Internet Banking service's enhanced security to guard against "phishing."
How much does Family Bank Mobile Banking cost?Family Bank Mobile Banking is a free service. You must first be enrolled in Family Bank Internet Banking to sign up for Mobile Banking (but don't worry, Internet Banking is free too). Your mobile phone carrier may charge you for text messages you send and/or receive and you may incur a fee for Internet access from your phone.
Do I need the Internet on my phone to use Family Bank Mobile Banking?No. If you do not have a mobile phone capable of accessing the Internet, you can use our Text Banking service. Any phone capable of sending and receiving text messages can instantly view balances, recent transaction history, and locate bank branches and ATMs.
What types of accounts can I access with Family Bank Mobile Banking?With Family Bank Mobile Banking, you will have access to the same accounts that you see through your Family Bank Internet Banking account.
How do I enroll in Family Bank Mobile Banking?Enrollment in completed through our Internet Banking system. To download a detailed set of enrollment instructions, click here.
Is there a waiting period after enrolling in Family Bank Mobile Banking?No. Once you complete the enrollment process and activate the service, Family Bank Mobile Banking is ready to use.
What do I use for my Family Bank Mobile Banking password?The password for the Family Bank Mobile Banking service is the same password you use to log in to your Family Bank Internet Banking account. If you change your Internet Banking password, your Mobile Banking password will also change.
How do I install the Downloadable Application on my mobile phone?If you select the Downloadable Application service during Mobile Banking enrollment, you will receive a text message with a link you can follow to download the application from your phone's "app store." Or, you can search for "Family Bank Mobile Banking" in the app store to locate the application and install it.
Can I pay bills using Family Bank Mobile Banking?Yes, if you are enrolled in Family Bank Bill Pay through our Internet Banking service you can pay bills from your mobile phone.
What is Popmoney?
The Popmoney personal payment service lets you send money to friends, family or anyone at all.* All you need is their name and e-mail address or mobile number to move money from your bank account to theirs.
Where can I use Popmoney?
You can log in to Family Bank Bill Pay and use Popmoney from there. Just click on the Popmoney tab in Family Bank Bill Pay to get started. Don't have Family Bank Bill Pay? See a Family Bank customer service representative to get signed up.
How can I use Popmoney?
Pay your landlord, your cousin, or your co-worker. People are using Popmoney to pay for all sorts of things like shared phone bills, or just paying back a friend for lunch.
How is Popmoney different from regular Bill Pay?
Bill Pay is for paying businesses you owe and you'll usually need a name, address, phone number, and account number in order to send a payment.
Popmoney is for paying people you owe, like friends or family. You only need to know their name, e-mail address or mobile phone number to send them money.
Why can't I just use regular Bill Pay to pay my friends or family?
You can, but regular people won't be able to receive money electronically from Bill Pay so we'll have to mail them a paper check. Using Popmoney, the money will be sent electronically from your bank account to theirs. That means that they'll get the money quicker and it will save them a trip to the bank to deposit a check.

With the Family Line Telephone Banking service, you can call from anywhere and get your account balances and most recent transactions.
There's no need to fill out an application to use the Family Line. If you already have an account with Family Bank, you're ready to go.
When you call the Family Line, you'll need your account number and a personal identification number (PIN). The first time you call, your PIN will be the last four digits of your social security number. For security reasons, you'll be asked to change this to something else.
