Traditional e-mail is not a secure method of sending confidential information such as account documents, passwords, social security numbers, or anything else you want to keep away from prying eyes. That's why Family Bank has implemented a secure e-mail system which allows you to send us this information while keeping it absolutely secure and safe from "hackers" who want to steal your information for their own benefit.
It is very easy to use our secure e-mail system. Simply click on the "E-mail Us Securely" link that appears at the top of any of our web pages and you will be taken to our secure e-mail portal. If you are a first time user, click on the "Register" button to sign up for an account.
Once you have logged in to the secure e-mail system, you can click on the "Compose" tab to send us an e-mail. You will notice that we have provided you with a drop down list of addresses in the "To" line of your e-mail. You may send an e-mail to any of these addresses, or, if you know another specific address you wish to send an e-mail to, choose "Other" and enter it in the line provided.
