With the Family Line Telephone Banking service, you can call from anywhere and get your account balances and most recent transactions.
There’s no need to fill out an application to use the Family Line. If you already have an account with Family Bank, you’re ready to go.
When you call the Family Line, you’ll need your account number and a personal identification number (PIN). The first time you call, your PIN will be the last four digits of your social security number. For security reasons, you’ll be asked to change this to something else.
